We have an amazing opportunity for a Recruitment Delivery Team Leader to join our team!

The engine room of our business – the Recruitment Delivery Team. They build relationships with our candidates, find new skilled professionals using their network, our database, and provided tools, and work closely with our Business Winning team.

We are looking for a Recruitment Delivery Team Leader to support and lead a team of Delivery Executives (resources/recruiters) to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with our Delivery Manager to ensure your team is working on the right roles for the business
• Set weekly/monthly objectives for your team
• Complete monthly performance reviews
• Support and advise individuals in your team for their career progression
• Perform daily floor walks to support the team and offer guidance
• Oversee candidate searches on the database, job boards, and communities of interest
• Become an internal specialist in the use of internal training materials
• Work with the Delivery Manager to map staff career progression
• Improve delivery processes, focusing on standards, best practices, and productivity
• Show commitment to the business and foster a positive workplace
• Coach and motivate your team
