We at Hyper Recruitment Solutions are looking to expand our operation and are currently seeking to appoint either a Team Leader or Principal Recruitment Consultant. We value passion for excellence, success, and continued development. As we expand our business internationally, there will be opportunities in the UK, EU, and US, focusing on either permanent or contract talent services.
Our opportunities are based at our headquarters in London, located on the central line (east side), which was opened in 2020 following a £1M investment from Ricky Martin and Lord Sugar.

Role Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in an agency/360 environment with a focus on business development and high performance. For Principal or Team Leader roles, prior experience in mentoring, coaching, or managing junior consultants is required.
- Specialization: Experience supporting professional contractors or sourcing highly qualified talent in non-public sector or framework environments. Opportunities exist in permanent and contract recruitment, with a focus on the UK, EU, or US based on your background.
- Attitude: Willingness to develop continuously, embrace a positive company culture, and contribute to building a top-performing workforce.
