The Role

As Sourcing Specialist, you will support the wider team across various client accounts, sourcing top talent in the market.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and recruitment activities.
