Gap Technical Ltd is hiring a Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Warrington with hybrid working options. Salary £26,000–£30,000 plus commission and bonus. Full-time, permanent role with training and progression into a Recruitment Consultant position.

You will learn the full recruitment lifecycle, source candidates, screen, and coordinate interviews while building client relationships and developing sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Warrington / Hybrid
Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 + Commission / Bonus

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and driven individual to join our growing recruitment team as a Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start a career in recruitment, develop their sales and communication skills, and build a successful career within a fast-paced, rewarding industry. Working closely with experienced consultants, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and engaging top talent, while learning the full recruitment lifecycle with the opportunity to progress into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant role. No previous recruitment experience is necessary. We are more interested in your attitude, work ethic, personality and willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media and other recruitment platforms.
