WPRG Limited is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join its Driving & Logistics Recruitment team. The role leverages your B2B sales background to source and engage drivers and logistics professionals, build relationships, and manage registrations.

Hybrid working is offered with 3–4 days from home and 1–2 days in the Epping office. Full training, ongoing support, and clear career progression are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Has experience in B2B telesales, lead generation, account management, or a customer-facing sales role.
• No recruitment experience is necessary – if you have the right attitude and transferable sales skills, we'll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and speaking with drivers and logistics professionals
• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Managing candidate registrations and compliance checks
• Matching candidates to vacancies
• Supporting the recruitment team with client requirements
• Attending occasional client and site visits
