People Providers is seeking a Hybrid Recruitment Consultant - Logistics & Driving to own end-to-end staffing delivery, attracting, onboarding, and deploying warehouse and driving staff to meet client demand. You will link clients, operations, and candidates to ensure fulfilment and high service levels.

This role offers Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00, salary 30,000 - 32,500 DOE, and a hybrid working pattern within the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment (logistics/driving preferred) or transport planning.
• Experience building candidate pipelines and managing high-volume staffing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, and allocate drivers and warehouse operatives to meet client requirements.
• Develop workforce plans aligned with volume forecasts and operational needs.
• Maintain compliance and accurate records in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Provide regular updates on fulfilment levels and workforce performance.
