Job summary

People Providers in the United Kingdom seeks a Hybrid Recruitment Consultant for Logistics & Driving. You will own end-to-end staffing, combining workforce planning with hands-on recruitment to supply warehouse and driving staff and meet client demand.

You will liaise between clients, operations, and candidates, ensure on-time delivery, maintain high service levels, and drive a reliable workforce. The role requires logistics, transport staffing experience and the ability to manage high-volume

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience in logistics/driving or transport planning.
• Knowledge of driver legislation, WTD and RT(WT)R regulations.
• Experience managing high-volume temporary workforces.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast and allocate drivers and warehouse operatives to client needs.
• Source, attract and recruit warehouse and driving candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions and deployments of staff.
• Maintain relationships with on-site and client teams.
• Ensure SLAs and service levels are met; report fulfillment metrics.
