Job summary

People Providers is seeking a Hybrid Recruitment Consultant – Logistics & Driving to own end-to-end staffing solutions, combining workforce planning with hands-on recruitment to supply warehouse and driving staff.

You will liaise with clients, operations and candidates to ensure fulfilment, meet SLAs and maintain a reliable workforce. The role requires knowledge of driver regulation and a full UK driving licence preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Logistics, driving and warehousing knowledge is essential.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment or staffing for logistics operations preferred.
• Knowledge of driver legislation (WTD and RT(WT)R) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast and allocate drivers and warehouse operatives to meet client requirements.
• Source and recruit warehouse and driving candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage client relationships and ensure fulfilment meets SLAs and client expectations.
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions and deployment of candidates.
• Maintain compliance records and support audits.
