Job summary

KHR - Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to identify and engage candidates across multiple sectors. You will support recruitment consultants and ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the process.

You will talk to people, build relationships and grow your sourcing capabilities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This role demands great communication, organisation and resilience to succeed.

• Good IT skills and confidence using online platforms and databases.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and qualify candidates for vacancies across multiple sectors.
• Search online job boards to identify suitable candidates.
• Use LinkedIn, social media and our in-house candidate database to source candidates.
• Proactively contact candidates by phone, email, LinkedIn and social media.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and understand their skills, experience, career aspirations and availability.
• Conduct initial telephone screening and pre-qualification conversations.
• Review CVs against job descriptions and identify matches.
• Qualify candidates' experience, motivations, salary expectations, location and suitability for roles.
• Present suitable candidates to our Recruitment Consultants for consideration.
• Arrange interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep candidates informed with updates and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on internal systems.
• Work closely with Consultants to develop sourcing strategies.
• Provide a high level of customer service to candidates at every stage.
