Recruitment Resourcer – Tech Sector

Base pay range

Up to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and screen candidates across tech sectors
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Support Consultants with shortlisting and role delivery
• Advertise roles creatively across multiple platforms
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM
• Work collaboratively with a high-performing, supportive team

Qualifications:

• Great communicator with strong people skills
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Motivated, eager to learn, and career-driven
• Own transport is required (office not on a public transport route)
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is a bonus – but attitude is key!
