The Role

As part of the renewables team, you'll be:

  • Sourcing top talent for key roles across the gas and renewables sectors.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate attraction to placement.
  • Using online portals to guide candidates through applications, assessments, and onboarding.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring placements meet their timelines.
  • Progressing into client-facing account management as you grow within the role.
