Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum + £30-35k first year OTE, progression opportunities, benefits & incentives

Daniel Owen Manchester is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join their expanding team in Manchester. Immediate start available. Interested candidates should get in touch.

This role provides an opportunity to support a consultant, learn on the job, and progress to a Recruitment Consultant.

Daily Responsibilities

1. Create talent pools for current and future roles, engaging with existing candidates and building new relationships.
2. Collaborate with your team to fill job openings.
3. Post job adverts.
4. Ensure all workers meet compliance requirements.
5. Process all timesheets promptly.
6. Conduct regular check-ins and site visits to active workers.
