Job summary

Ideal Recruit Ltd in Hinckley is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Industrial team, supporting clients and their warehouse operations.

You'll work closely with management to understand recruitment needs, source candidates via CV databases and job boards, manage the full recruitment process from first contact to onboarding, and ensure compliance. Full-time hours, 09:00–17:00, with full training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Desirable recruitment experience (min 6 months)
• Driving licence required
• Motivated, reliable with positive attitude

Ideal recruit are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Industrial team in Hinckley, supporting our clients and their operations.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team where you'll play a key role in helping clients find the right people for their warehouse operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs and client requirements
• Supporting our clients by delivering a high-quality recruitment service
• Sourcing candidates using a range of tools (CV databases, job boards, open days, etc.)
• Managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding
• Registering new candidates and ensuring all compliance is up to date
• Supporting the team with general recruitment administration
