Candidate Pipeline Management — Build and maintain a strong talent pool using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and CRM systems.
Sourcing & Screening — Identify, engage, and assess candidates across multiple channels to ensure role alignment.
Creative Attraction — Write compelling job ads and post them across platforms to attract high‑quality talent.
Candidate Interviews — Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Matching & Placement — Match candidates to client vacancies with accuracy and care.
Compliance & Pre‑Employment Checks — Complete right‑to‑work checks, references, and compliance tasks.
CRM Accuracy — Maintain precise records to support reporting and deployment.
Deployment Coordination — Manage candidate availability and coordinate temporary assignments efficiently.
Relationship Building — Keep active and passive candidates engaged through regular communication.
Consultant Support — Assist with bookings, onboarding, and compliance to ensure smooth placements.
Branch Success — Contribute to financial and non‑financial targets.
Market Awareness — Stay informed on industry trends to better serve clients and candidates.
