Job summary

GTC Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to join the Driving & Industrial team for our client. This is an 180 recruitment role focused on service delivery, managing vacancies and sourcing candidates, with no sales or new business development.

You’ll manage existing client relationships, take vacancy requirements, source, screen and interview candidates, and guide the recruitment process from start to finish while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year recruitment experience, ideally within Driving, Industrial or Logistics.
• Strong communication and candidate management skills.
• Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
• A proactive, service-focused approach.

We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their established Driving & Industrial team.

This is a 180 recruitment role with no sales or business development. You'll focus on servicing existing clients, managing vacancies and sourcing the right candidates.

The role:

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish

You’ll need:

• up to 1 year recruitment experience, ideally within Driving, Industrial or Logistics
