Job summary

Recruit Assist Ltd in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a proactive 360 Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our growing independent recruitment business.

This full 360 role covers securing new clients, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, and delivering outstanding service across the driving and warehouse desk. The position offers a base of £28k–£31k with a 15% commission and a supportive training environment.

Responsibilities

• Winning new business: identifying, targeting and securing new clients across driving and industrial recruitment.
• Business development: building your own client portfolio via outbound calls, networking, LinkedIn and face-to-face meetings.
• Account management: nurturing existing relationships and maximising opportunities with current clients.
• 360 recruitment delivery: managing vacancies through sourcing candidates to successful placements.
• Temporary and permanent recruitment: delivering flexible staffing solutions for client needs.
• Candidate management: building a reliable driver and industrial candidate network.
• Sales performance: working towards BD, placement and revenue targets.
• Relationship building: becoming a trusted recruitment partner to clients and candidates.

Recruit Assist is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded 360 Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our growing independent recruitment business.

This position is a full 360 consultant, from securing new clients to the placement of candidates and the commercial admin for the driving and warehouse desk

• Salary: £28 to £31 k per year + 15% commission

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
