Job summary

Meridian Business Support is hiring a Recruitment Resourcer in Trafford Park, Manchester to support industrial, logistics and manufacturing clients. The role focuses on candidate engagement, managing bookings and delivering excellent service to established clients.

You will source candidates, conduct pre-screening interviews, coordinate bookings and ensure a smooth recruitment process from application to placement, while maintaining CRM records and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Recruitment Resourcer, Candidate Consultant or Recruitment Coordinator is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience managing compliance and candidate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Managing recruitment requirements for existing clients.
• Sourcing applicants through job boards, social media and internal databases.
• Conducting telephone pre-screening interviews and candidate registrations.
• Matching candidates to vacancies and coordinating bookings.
• Building strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Completing onboarding, Right to Work checks and compliance documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records on the recruitment CRM system.
• Writing and posting job adverts to attract quality candidates.
• Responding to client and candidate enquiries via phone and email.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of available workers for future requirements.

Meridian Business Support is recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Trafford Park branch, supporting industrial, logistics and manufacturing clients across the region.

This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you'll play a key part in sourcing candidates, managing bookings and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial application through to placement.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll work closely with clients and candidates to ensure workforce requirements are met quickly and efficiently.
