Job summary

Sovereign & Bale in Selby is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead local business development and build strong employer relationships across our programmes.

You will identify opportunities, promote services to employers, organise events such as jobs fairs, and deliver post-placement support to ensure ongoing partnerships. The role combines field and office work in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in B2B sales/account management/business development
• Experience in service delivery teams
• Comfortable with face-to-face and remote visits
• Essential attributes: resilience, adaptability, honesty, impact in communication, planning and decision making, selling and influencing

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and win new clients
• Promote awareness of services and benefits
• Maximise repeat business by maintaining employer relationships
• Work closely with Employment Advisers and Skills Trainers
• Plan and run events such as jobs fairs and employer days
• Provide post-placement support and account management
