Job summary

Placr Recruitment in Hove is looking for an ambitious Apprentice Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. You don’t need recruitment experience; we value attitude, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

You’ll learn the entire recruitment journey—from finding candidates to helping them secure opportunities—while completing an 18-month Level 3 Recruitment Recruiter Apprenticeship with monthly workshops and support.

Qualifications

• No recruitment experience required.
• GCSEs in English and Maths helpful.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Search for and approach potential candidates.
• Speak with candidates to understand skills and goals.
• Write and post engaging job adverts.
• Review CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Match candidates with permanent and temporary roles.
• Support candidates through the interview process.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Update the recruitment system and keep records.
• Support business development and marketing activity.
• Celebrate successful placements.
