Job summary

Anglian is seeking a Recruitment Partner to join our growing Talent team in Norwich on a hybrid basis. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of vacancies, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and deliver proactive sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn, social media and talent mapping.

You'll provide expert recruitment advice, build talent pipelines for current and future needs, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while contributing to employer

Qualifications

• Experience in-house or agency recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Confidence using sourcing tools, databases and social media platforms.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, commercially focused approach with a passion for finding great talent.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our growing Talent team, playing a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent across a diverse, multi-brand national business. This is an opportunity to partner with leaders across multiple functions, helping shape recruitment strategies that support continued growth and business success.

What You'll Be Doing
