Job summary

Hire Ground is seeking a Recruitment Partner to join on a temp-to-contract basis, supporting a high-volume recruitment project in London. You’ll own vacancies from approval to onboarding and partner with hiring managers to deliver great candidates quickly.

This hands-on role requires managing multiple vacancies, direct sourcing, and agency management, with a focus on fair, inclusive recruitment and use of data and AI to improve processes. The role is hybrid with London office access.

• Manage a high-volume vacancy portfolio end to end.

• Partner with hiring managers throughout the process.
• Advise on market conditions, salaries and recruitment strategy.
• Manage offers, negotiations and candidate communications.
• Develop creative approaches for hard-to-fill roles.
• Build talent pipelines for future vacancies.
• Manage recruitment agencies and advertising suppliers.
• Oversee pre-employment checks and onboarding.
• Track recruitment data, costs and time-to-hire.
• Identify risks and keep recruitment campaigns on track.
• Use technology and generative AI to improve recruitment.

A large, purpose-led not-for-profit organisation is looking for a Recruitment Partner to join on a temp-to-contract basis, supporting a high-volume recruitment project.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of vacancies from initial approval through to onboarding, while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver great candidates quickly and effectively.
