Job summary

Seven Investment Management is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our People & Culture team, supporting the in-house recruitment function across Private Wealth areas. The role provides administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.

You will collaborate with the P&C team, manage candidate communications, maintain ATS data, and assist with assessment days and offer documentation.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Awareness of recruitment legislation and best practices.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and online recruitment platforms (Eploy experience is a bonus).
• Experience in financial services is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across business areas.
• Provide administrative support for job postings, screening, and interviews.
• Assist sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and direct channels.
• Maintain talent pools and onboarding documentation.
• Support hiring managers and assessment centre delivery.
