Job summary

Seven Investment Management LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join the People & Culture team in London. You will support end-to-end recruitment across Private Wealth business areas, handling postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding with a professional, budget-conscious approach.

You will collaborate with the P&C team to understand hiring needs, maintain candidate pools, and help manage ATS and PSL terms.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and supporting administrative tasks.
• Awareness of recruitment legislation and best practices.
• Familiarity with ATS and online recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and job postings.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and support onboarding.
• Draft job descriptions and adverts, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Maintain candidate communications and engaging candidate experience.
• Support hiring managers with queries and assessment centre days.
