Job summary

You will handle administrative and operational tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a professional, timely service that aligns with our People strategy and budget.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes including sourcing and administrative support.
• Awareness of recruitment legislation and best practices.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Eploy bonus).
• Level 3 recruitment qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including postings and interview scheduling.
• Source candidates via platforms like LinkedIn and referrals.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Maintain ATS and PSL; monitor recruitment metrics.
• Support hiring managers and assessment days.
• Ensure FCA Consumer Duty alignment in candidate experience.
