Job summary

Seven Investment Management is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support our People & Culture team across Private Wealth recruitment. You will handle administrative tasks, job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding documentation to ensure a smooth candidate journey.

You will maintain the ATS, support suppliers, and help improve processes while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and FCA Consumer Duty principles in a professional, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and administration.
• Awareness of recruitment legislation and best practices.
• Familiar with ATS and online recruitment platforms (Eploy is a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and job postings.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
• Draft job descriptions and adverts that attract suitable candidates.
• Maintain ATS, PSL, and recruitment metrics like time-to-fill.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
