Job summary

Minerva Defence in the UK is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to streamline interviews, prepare offers from templates and manage approvals. You will implement pulse surveys, drive candidate experience, and support the People team across London and the West Midlands.

The role requires coordinating multi-person diaries, handling confidential data, and maintaining the ATS. Office presence in London or Midlands is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating interviews or managing complex multi-person diaries at volume.
• Experience working day to day in an applicant tracking system.
• Experience handling confidential personal data accurately, such as offer or employee records.
• Able to build a survey or a simple automation yourself in everyday tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews across all open roles and all stages, working around interviewer diaries.
• Prepare offer paperwork from automated templates and get it out quickly.
• Chase internal approvals through to signed contract.
• Build and automate pulse surveys for candidates and hiring managers, and turn feedback into process changes.
• Keep the ATS accurate so pipeline reporting can be trusted.
• Support the wider People team on onboarding and HR systems.
• Help the London office operations as needed.
