Minerva Defence in the UK is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to streamline interviews, prepare offers from templates and manage approvals. You will implement pulse surveys, drive candidate experience, and support the People team across London and the West Midlands.
The role requires coordinating multi-person diaries, handling confidential data, and maintaining the ATS. Office presence in London or Midlands is expected.
We're growing fast. Your job would be to make sure the hiring process doesn't become the thing that slows us down. Minerva Defence is one of the fastest-growing defence technology companies in Europe. We create the software, hardware and networking that make unmanned systems effective on the modern battlefield, all ideated, designed and manufactured end-to-end in the UK and in active use today. We are deliberately low-profile: a team of around 60, small in headcount and outsized in effect. We look for people who are not just talented but genuinely committed to the work, the team, and the purpose behind it. You'll be assisting with every role and every stage, split between the London software team and the engineering and production people on-site in the West Midlands. You'll be working with lots of different sets of diaries. Interviewers cancel, candidates go quiet, someone is on the shop floor and not looking at Outlook. Getting a panel in the diary this week instead of next usually decides whether we get someone. Once a hire is agreed you pick up the offer, generating the contract from our templates and seeing it through to signature. It needs someone who checks the detail, because getting it wrong matters. The part we are most interested in is candidate experience. We do not measure it today and we would like to, so you would build the pulse surveys, automate them so nobody has to remember to send them, and act on what comes back. Whatever is left goes on helping the People team, including keeping the London office somewhere people want to be.
The job is demanding enough, so we try to take the everyday pressures off your plate.
The benefits are built around that, starting with a genuine stake in what we are building.
The full detail comes with your offer.
