Job summary

Boots is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Workstream Lead to drive the end-to-end recruitment transformation. You will lead a cross-functional team across business, technology and project management to design, deliver and embed new processes that enhance colleague experience.

You will coach and guide Business Architects and Process Specialists, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes within the target operating model.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Recruitment processes.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation, HR transformation or technology implementation programmes.
• Ability to manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies and priorities across a complex programme.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Recruitment & Onboarding modules from design through testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Provide leadership to Business Architects and Process Specialists ensuring consistent process design.
• Coach and support your team to collaborate, learn and deliver their best work.
• Define future processes with a focus on simplicity and colleague experience.
• Collaborate with IT, Change, Reporting, Data Migration and other workstreams to deliver integrated solutions.
