Chongie Entertainment UK Ltd, London head office, seeks a Recruitment Manager to own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for non-senior staff across venues. You will support venue managers to recruit quickly and staff new openings, ensuring compliant onboarding and timely hires.

In a 24/7 hospitality environment, you will oversee advert creation, candidate screening, interviews and offers, while upholding data protection and right-to-work checks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Experience supporting or holding hiring managers to account.
• Well organised with the ability to manage several campaigns across sites.
• Confident, direct communicator at all levels.
• Willing to travel and work flexibly around a 24/7 business.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all recruitment across the business, excluding senior team.
• Write and post adverts, manage job boards and run campaigns in ATS.
• Screen applications, arrange interviews, manage offers.
• Ensure vacancies are filled quickly with the right people.
• Plan and deliver recruitment for new venues and openings.
• Oversee onboarding for every new starter and complete pre-employment checks.
