Job summary

Propel is partnering with a global executive search firm to hire a Billing Manager for their Leeds HQ. You will act as a 360 biller across the US market, driving revenue with uncapped commissions up to 60% and typical fees of £30k+ per placement.

Based at the Leeds city centre office with an onsite model and a 6-month probation, this role offers hybrid flexibility after probation and a clear path into management and senior consulting within a collaborative team.

As a Billing Manager, you will set an example within the team, operating as a 360 biller in a set niche across the US. With average fees of £30k+ and uncapped commission up to 60%, you're set to be truly rewarded for your hard work.

This role is based in the Leeds HQ and operates an onsite model, with flexibility where needed and the potential for hybrid after your probationary period (6 months).

About Them:

Our client is an Executive Search company based in Leeds City Centre, with a team of specialist headhunters operating across the US and EU Life Sciences market.

About You:

• Proven track record within 360 recruitment (Life Sciences is a huge plus but open to other sectors)
• Proven experience in managing or mentoring colleagues
• Comfortable and confident in approaching Business Development with new and existing clients.
• A passion for supporting and developing a team of recruitment consultants
• A team Player who is looking to grow and develop within their recruitment career - both management and non-management opportunities exist here!
