Job summary

Hlx Life Sciences in London is seeking experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team. Based in our Central London office, you will own your desk from business development to placement and work with biotech, pharma, CRO, TechBio and CDMO clients.

Travel to conferences and events globally is part of the role, with unlimited holiday, uncapped commissions and direct exposure to senior leadership. This is a high-autonomy desk with real ownership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within life sciences.
• Experience working the UK/EU market or U.S market is highly desirable.
• A track record of billing and hitting targets consistently.
• Self-motivated, with the drive to build and grow a desk.

We're looking to hire experienced 360 Consultants to join our London team.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a desk within a fast-growing, well-funded business, with direct access to some of the most exciting biotech and life science companies globally.

The role:

• Full 360 recruitment across permanent placements within the life sciences market
• Building and owning your own desk, from business development through to placement
• Partnering with biotech, pharma, CRO, TechBio and CDMO clients
• Working closely with leadership to help shape and grow the UK/EU desk or the U.S desk.

What we're looking for:
