Job summary

Hlx Life Sciences is recruiting a Recruitment Contract Manager to lead 360 recruitment across contract placements in the life sciences sector. You will build and own your desk from BD to placement, partnering with biotech, pharma, CROs, TechBio, and CDMOs.

Based in London, you will work closely with leadership to shape the UK/EU desk, travel to events, and operate with high autonomy in a fast-growing, well-funded company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within life sciences.
• Experience working the UK/EU market.
• Track record of billing and hitting targets consistently.

We're looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Contract Manager to join our London team.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a desk within a fast-growing, well-funded business, with direct access to some of the most exciting biotech and life science companies globally.

The role:

• Full 360 recruitment across contract placements within the life sciences market
• Building and owning your own desk, from business development through to placement
• Partnering with biotech, pharma, CRO, TechBio or CDMO clients
• Working closely with leadership to help shape and grow the UK/EU desk.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within life sciences

• Self-motivated, with the drive to build and grow a desk
