Job summary

Rec 2 Rec Search in Leeds is seeking a Senior Consultant Life Sciences to lead niche recruitment across biotech, pharma, medical devices, diagnostics and research tools. You will recruit across commercial, technical, R&D, regulatory and senior leadership roles, building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.

The role offers a £60,000 base salary with uncapped commission, autonomy to grow your desk and ongoing training within a diverse, inclusive environment.

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a specialist consultancy to help build their life sciences practice spanning biotech and pharma, medical devices and diagnostics, personalised medicine, and scientific and research tools. You'll work across commercial, technical, R&D, regulatory, and senior leadership appointments, building long-term partnerships within a discipline you know well.

The desk

360 recruitment within a specialist life sciences niche, from commercial and technical through to R&D, regulatory and senior leadership roles.

Building an international network spanning biotech, pharma, medical devices, diagnostics and research tools.

Scope to build long-term, partnership-led relationships with employers and candidates in your sector.

Room to develop your own niche and grow your desk on your own terms.
