Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Leeds/Horsforth team. You’ll have a proven track record billing in recruitment across perm, temp or contract desks, and you’ll build pipelines while managing a full 360 process.

You’ll keep clients and candidates engaged even when challenges arise. We value high performance, honesty, and genuine investment in people over fees, with opportunities to work internationally and relocate where needed.

• Collaborate with the Performance Team to sharpen skills and specialise.
