Job summary

Michelle Waterworth Recruitment is seeking a Senior Automotive Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a portfolio of automotive, engineering and manufacturing clients across South Yorkshire with hybrid working. You will recruit permanent and contract professionals, focusing on long-term relationships and exceptional recruitment solutions.

The role involves inheriting warm accounts, PSL management, and delivering end-to-end recruitment with a consultative, client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment consultancy experience.
• Background within Automotive, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial or Technical recruitment preferred.
• Strong client relationship and account management skills.
• Experience managing key accounts and PSL agreements.
• Commercially aware with a consultative approach.

Senior Automotive Recruitment Consultant

South Yorkshire | Hybrid Working | £35,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Are you an experienced Automotive, Engineering or Manufacturing Recruiter looking for a genuine account management opportunity where relationships, service and partnership building are valued above aggressive sales targets and cold calling?

An established and highly respected independent recruitment business is looking to appoint a Senior Automotive Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a portfolio of automotive, engineering and manufacturing clients across South Yorkshire and the surrounding region.

This is an excellent opportunity to inherit warm accounts, established PSLs and repeat business, allowing you to focus on developing long-term client relationships, delivering exceptional recruitment solutions and growing existing revenue streams.

The Role

You will recruit permanent and contract professionals across the automotive, engineering and manufacturing sectors, partnering with SMEs, Tier 1 suppliers and specialist manufacturers.
