PRS Recruitment Services is expanding in the HVAC & M&E maintenance recruitment market and seeks an ambitious, commercially minded individual. This role offers a base salary of £30,000 plus uncapped commission and bonuses, with the chance to build your own desk and network across the UK.

You'll win new business, develop client relationships, source and manage candidates, and negotiate terms while hitting targets.

Qualificações

• 1–5 years' recruitment or direct B2B sales experience.
• Confidence on the phone and with decision-makers.
• Knowledge of HVAC, M&E or Building Services is a bonus, not essential.
