Connected Health Group Limited is seeking a Recruitment Executive to own the end-to-end process for attracting and recruiting talent across Northern Ireland and beyond. You will handle advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding, while collaborating with hiring managers and operational teams to ensure the right people are in place to deliver high-quality care.

This fast-paced, target-driven role rewards relationship-building and performance with clear KPIs, uncapped commission

Qualifications

• 6 months' recruitment experience or more.
• Experience working towards KPIs in a target-driven environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment journey from advertising vacancies to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen applications, interview candidates and assess suitability.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment Executive to join our team and help us attract and recruit talented individuals across Northern Ireland and beyond. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing and onboarding new starters. Working closely with hiring managers and operational teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver high-quality care in our communities. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, finding great talent and making a real difference through recruitment.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment journey, from candidate attraction through to onboarding.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and operational teams.
• Create, review and advertise job descriptions and person specifications.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure candidate information is up to date.
• Work towards agreed KPIs and recruitment targets.
• Support new employees throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide administrative support where required.
• Support the ongoing growth of Connected Health across Northern Ireland and other areas as needed.

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months' previous recruitment experience.
• Experience working towards KPIs in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Previous recruitment experience within healthcare, homecare or the care sector.
