Job summary

Connected Health is hiring a Recruitment Executive to join our Belfast team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role focuses on meeting KPIs and targets, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and supporting onboarding for new employees across Northern Ireland and beyond.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' recruitment experience.
• Experience in a KPI-driven, target-focused role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Support new employees throughout their onboarding journey.
• Provide recruitment reporting and administrative support.
• Support the continued growth of Connected Health across Northern Ireland and other areas as required.

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and people-focused Recruitment Executive to join our team and support the recruitment of talented individuals across Connected Health.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising and sourcing candidates through to screening, interviewing and onboarding. Working closely with hiring managers and operational teams, you will help ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, meeting targets and delivering a positive candidate experience.
