Job summary

HealthHero in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Recruitment Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead end-to-end recruitment across the UK and Ireland, partnering with hiring managers to deliver a professional and efficient candidate experience.

You will write engaging job adverts reflecting HealthHero's brand, screen applications, coordinate interviews and guide managers through the selection process, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within healthcare or another fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Proactive, organised and collaborative approach with a genuine passion for people.
• Understanding of UK employment legislation; Irish knowledge advantageous.

We\'re looking for an experienced and proactive Recruitment Advisor to join our team on a 12 month fixed-term basis. You\'ll play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent across our services, helping us build teams that support our mission of simplifying healthcare and improving lives.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of vacancies, including operational, contact centre and corporate roles. Working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you\'ll deliver a professional, engaging and efficient recruitment experience while ensuring best practice and compliance throughout the hiring journey.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns across the UK and Ireland.
• Partnering with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within healthcare or another fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Confidence using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
• Good understanding of UK employment legislation, with Irish employment knowledge advantageous.
• A proactive, organised and collaborative approach with a genuine passion for people.
