Talent Lift Limited is seeking a Recruitment Director in Birmingham to take over the day-to-day running of a team of consultants and managers with full autonomy to grow the operation.

You will be responsible for the P&L and rewarded on profitable growth, with a base salary around £60,000 plus a company car and a bonus, with an OTE of £80k+ in a market-leading recruitment firm, offering strong support and development opportunities.
