Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Sutton Coldfield team. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from business development to placing candidates and managing client relationships.

In this fast‑paced role you will source and interview candidates, write compelling adverts, negotiate terms, hit targets, and enjoy an uncapped commission, ongoing training, and a clear path into senior management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role (agency experience essential).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of business development and billing.
• Organised, self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment cycle: business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placements.
• Proactively identifying and winning new client relationships through calls, meetings, and networking.
• Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates within your specialist market.
• Writing and posting compelling job adverts, and headhunting where needed.
• Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for client vacancies.
• Negotiating rates, salaries, and terms with clients and candidates.
• Managing the offer process through to successful placement and beyond.
• Hitting and exceeding personal and team targets.
