Job summary

Lifeways in Maidstone is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help individuals live valued lives in the community. You will be part of a dedicated team, receive training and development, and contribute to when coordinating daily tasks and outings.

A full UK driving licence is beneficial for mobility vehicle duties, and Lifeways offers rewards and development opportunities. Whether you are experienced in care or new to the sector, Lifeways supports you every step of the way with a workplace

• Encouraging participation in hobbies and community activities
• Promoting independence and building confidence
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider team
• Driving mobility vehicles to support individuals with outings and appointments
