Job summary

Vertical Recruitment seeks a Recruitment Coordinator to support the Consulting Engineering division. You will identify, approach and engage professionals, manage recruitment from search to placement, and maintain regular contact with candidates.

The role is fast-paced and telephone-led, with opportunities to develop skills, build relationships and progress into a Recruitment Consultant role within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a telephone-based environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and engage suitable professionals for clients.
• Manage recruitment process from candidate search to interview and placement.
• Conduct initial screening calls and record candidate information accurately.
• Build and maintain relationships with professionals across construction and engineering sectors.
• Arrange interviews, provide feedback and maintain regular contact with candidates.
