Adapt Recruitment is a modern agency based in Wrexham, offering contract and permanent recruitment in Construction and Engineering across the UK. We are growing quickly and seeking a Recruitment Consultant to develop client relationships, generate new business and manage the full recruitment cycle.

You will work towards targets, attend events, and collaborate with the resource team to attract candidates. The role offers a supportive environment with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
• Working towards targets related to margin billed, sales activity and service targets.
• To build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Attend networking events, job fairs and recruitment days as required.
• Manage a structured business development process and grow prospect client database.
• Ensure workers are briefed on role, responsibilities, and H&S requirements.
• Negotiate terms of business and pay for new and existing clients.
