Job summary

Capita is recruiting for an Army Recruiter in Northampton. You will interview candidates, guide them through the recruitment journey and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

You will lead attraction events and collaborate with educational providers to promote Army careers, while managing diverse stakeholder relationships and leveraging social media. The role involves strong customer service, IT literacy with Office, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and interviewing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Familiarity with Army careers is a plus.

Supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as Recruiter in Northampton.

You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional solution focused customer service which is tightly measured against targets and candidate feedback.

What you'll be doing:

• Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Attending and leading attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers
• Working with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army
• Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Using the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates
• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service
• IT Literate using Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have a full UK drivers' licence
• Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment, would be an advantage
