Recruitment Manager | Early Careers | Volume

Our client is on a mission to support young people as they explore and navigate their future careers. Their focus is on guiding students toward roles that align with their strengths while helping organisations connect with emerging talent that fits their long-term goals.

About the Role

This position sits within the Client Success team, where the primary responsibility is to deliver a high-quality, consultative service to a portfolio of employer clients. You'll be the key point of contact, ensuring campaigns stay on track, expectations are managed, and recruitment targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a selection of client projects, managing all communication from planning through to completion
  • Lead weekly updates, performance tracking, and feedback sessions with clients
  • Handle candidate pipeline progress, address queries, and elevate any issues in a timely manner

Campaign Delivery & Performance

  • Design and execute effective attraction strategies to meet hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including reports, trackers, and campaign summaries
  • Evaluate outcomes and share insights at the end of each campaign
  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure adequate resourcing across all stages of the campaign
  • Monitor delivery performance, ensuring high standards in candidate quality, speed of delivery, and achievement of hiring targets
