Capita Recruiting Partnering Project is hiring a Recruitment Consultant based in Chester with occasional travel to Colwyn Bay. You will lead diverse recruitment activities, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and engage with educational providers to promote Army careers.

Key responsibilities include interviewing candidates, managing stakeholder relationships, using social media for outreach, and delivering strong customer service.

• Attending and leading attraction events for Army careers.
• Working with educational providers to promote Army careers.
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Using social media tools to attract and engage candidates.
• Experience of providing excellent customer service.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Full UK driver’s licence is required.
• Familiarity with Army Careers or recruitment experience is a plus.

Supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as a Recruiter based in Chester, with occasional travel to Colwyn Bay.

You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional solution focused customer service which is tightly measured against targets and candidate feedback. What you'll be doing:

• Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Attending and leading attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers
• Working with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army
• Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Using the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates
• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service
• IT Literate using Microsoft Office Suite
• Full UK drivers licence is required
• Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment, would be an advantage
