Job summary

Capita Recruiting Partnering Project is recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator to support Army recruitment in Chester with occasional travel to Colwyn Bay. You will interview candidates, provide an exceptional candidate experience, attend attraction events, collaborate with educational providers, and manage stakeholder relationships while leveraging social media to attract candidates.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and a strong customer service background; IT literacy is essential.

• Full UK driving licence is required

Supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as a Recruiter based in Chester, with occasional travel to Colwyn Bay.

You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional solution focused customer service which is tightly measured against targets and candidate feedback.

What you'll be doing:

• Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Attending and leading attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers
• Working with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army
• Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Using the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates
• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service
• Full UK drivers licence is required
• Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment, would be an advantage
