Responsibilities

• Drive new business development via sales calls, emails and meetings (80% of the role).
• Manage existing client accounts and advertise active roles.
• Actively source and qualify candidates for roles.
• Understand client needs and manage expectations.
• Attend client sites to improve service levels.
• Maintain relationships with workers, clients and colleagues.
• Ensure high levels of compliance in recruitment activities.
• Offer uncapped commission based on branch profits and bonuses.
• Support team with monthly lunches and birthday/off initiatives.
• Participate in training and professional development programs.
