Pertemps Birmingham Industrial is seeking an experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant for the Temporary Division in Edgbaston, Birmingham. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary DOE plus uncapped commission and clear progression opportunities.

The role involves building client relationships, developing new business, and managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, including onboarding temporary staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years' 360 recruitment experience, ideally within commercial or business office support.
• Proven track record of onboarding new clients and growing revenue.
• A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, resilient, and highly organised.
• A team player who thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• All aspects of the sales process: Cold Calling, Emailing, Door knocking, presentations.
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to placing top talent.
• Delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Managing temporary workers, ensuring compliance and a seamless onboarding experience.
• Account management of existing clients and conducting regular business reviews.
